Care for Snacks
After receiving the Food and Snacks, immediately refrigerate it.
The Food should be consumed within 24 hours.
Every Food or Snacks we offer is handcrafted and chef has own way of preparing, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of appearance.
Online Payment
For online orders placed on www.palagaram.com, the payment information, card information and bank details are entered on 3rd party website/bank website. palagaram.com does not take any card information at any point of time from the customer. However, palagaram.com ensures that all 3rd party links for payment have the required SSL certificate and maintain complete security of the customer data.
Customer can make payment through credit card, debit card, Net Banking and/or Paytm.
Request for any change in the cake not be accepted once order has been placed.
You agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service on our website at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, and other governmental charges.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
palagaram.com accepts online orders to deliver all over Tamilnadu.
palagaram.com takes full responsibility to send the order in insulated bags which maintain the temperature of the items.
palagaram.com uses only self owned bikes and cars for delivery and no 3rd party delivery service is used.
However, once the order is handed over, the temperature maintenance responsibility lies with the receiver.
The order delivery will be done from our production center.
Delivery may not be exactly at the same time.
You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
Delivery may take longer due to Bad weather, Other unforeseen circumstances etc…
In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbor.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late.
We shall not be deliver the product other than address mention in invoice.
Duplicate Order
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it on +91 90477 39755 We will give a full refund for the duplicate order unless the production is not start for the same.
If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, we will take the decision on your behalf and that will be final.
Cancellation & Refund

In case the preparation of your order has started, you cannot cancel the order. There will be no refund in such an event.
If the cake will be in loss condition at time of delivery, after verifying by us money will be refunded.
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take time to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email/SMS.
Having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without any prior notice due to uncertain conditions/occasions/disasters.

Damage Or Defective Products
If any product received by you is damaged or defective, you can let us know the same. You can call us at +91 90477 39755 (10:00 hours to 18:00 hours, 7 days a week) or send us an e-mail with the photographs of the same at info@palagaram.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will either deliver to you the new product or refund the amount to you after investigation the same.
